So I have signed up for both my monthly support sessions for Nov. The first was today and I did not even reach a human. I got more stuff to download on my computer and then nothing happened. I emailed the codes and no one sent back a session number. I can appreciate security but this is not...

Did not work at all and I waited 2 weeks for that! lol

I booked a support session, waited 2 weeks and then, after downloading more software, no one called, no one logged in and no one sent any email. Very disappointed. I called and left a few messages and it is crickets! Not as plug and play as advertised!
