Hello, I've paid since 3 May but I still can't download your EA (Order #3778). I've contacted your live chat agents. I've sent emails to sales@galileofx.com, and support@galileofx.com several times since I purchased. No one ever responded my emails or doing anything. I'm not sure what to do...- Ton
