Best Back Tester for US Accounts

Has anyone found a back tester that simulates the US trading restrictions? I've been using MT4's strategy tester but it does not provide the control to prevent hedging and doesn't respect FIFO rules we in the US are restricted to. Because of that, many of the back testing results are overly promising. Not sure if MT5's Strategy Tester is any more robust than MT4's.

Update: I switched from Oanda to OX Securities (AUS-based) and I'm now seeing the ability to hedge. The GBP has been taking trades in both directions. So far so good! 6/6 winners on the GBP so far!

I got away fom Oanda becasue of FIFO issues and started using FOREX (US based Company). Been very positive.

Optimizing on MT5, trading on MT4 to keep it clean and separate.

FOREX has been working for me as well. StoneX also looks like it may be promising if it can be used in MT5

Only on non-US based brokers.

Forex is a good one to use

I had to total ditch oanada after many years with it not only fifo and no hedging ( does nit make sense to not let you sell the trade in profit ( it’s okay fir futures , options stocks to do this , but not forex ) and forex is pretty much cash . I say give me liberty I feel this is against our constitutional rights for freedom and the pursuit of happiness ) anyway oanada flagged me and stopped my ea from working so I went with another broker that had nonexistent spreads and even 100% matching bonus . Take that oanada .

I've heard from @Vinz that they are in full test mode right now and are targeting to release V2 this quarter. I haven't heard about any of the new improvements or features either, just that it's coming soon!

I purchased the Pro Version and had the GFX team install everything using their "Premium settings package" Is it nececsaary to adjust the settings if I am using the GFX Premium settings? I am BRAND NEW to this market. I have been trading stocks and options for 2 years now and Crypto I have been dabbling in for about a year or so. I would love to learn the currency market thoroughly. I am based in the US and havent chosen a broker yet. I am just assuming that MT5 is the better platform. Which broker are you guys finding the best success with? Any advice would be great!
