Bot not auto trading

Hello everyone!

I am new and had everything set up with the bot set for auto trading. Unfortunately, I don't see anything wrong and everything is set up correctly. I wanted to know if there was anything else that I had missed previously. I had support for an hour with me 2 days ago and set up Oanda Meta4 and they uploaded the templates and settings that I had purchased. I clicked on AutoTrading on the top portion of the application but I don't see anything being executive.

I had emailed support but haven't got a response as of yet.

Did you try to allow algo trading on the task bar?? or can you send a screenshot here so we can check?

Yes I did. I believe it was because the setting were set to H4 which took a bit longer for trading to occur. Here is a screenshot currently. Thank you for the assistance.

Does it execute trades now? Remember setting the parameters for Bearish and Bullish signals affects the number of trades the bot will execute.

Unfortunately, the link does not open to any other forums. Instead, an error page appears with the message "Oops! We ran into some problems." Additionally, it's still not executing trades even though it has been over a week.

I think I see a gray icon in the upper right corner of your graph windows. Check the Common tab on each of your configurations and make sure that the Allow Algo Trading checkbox is checked. Note that I'm using MT5: YMMV with MT4.

I have same thing, the bot does nothing. ALGO is activated and M1 is chosen...

Try to contact OANDA or your broker's support because some broker's need to enable Algo trading on their end. If the issue still persists, after contacting them. Then report or file a ticket on our support@galileofx.com
