Not exactly my experience. I purchased the platform last week and only had my initial setup meeting rescheduled. Once rescheduled I was limited in time and only for the intel. Now I have to wait another 10 days for the next available slot. I purchased the premium service and I still can't use the platform. That's not exactly good customer service. Anyone willing to help me with using the platform is welcome to reach out. Help needed!
