Not sure for Gold, did not use it to much on gold , more on regular currency pairs. Regarding the Forex so my setup are those most popular on the website and it's aggressive setup, with 3 bullish and 3 bearish signals. Time frame 5 minutes, Take profit and Stop loss from 200 to 250
