feature request: open only long or only short position

Hi, thanks for your message. That option is already available in Galileo FX. You can set the bot to trade in Long-Only or Short-Only mode. This way, it will only open positions in the direction you choose. Our head of support (@Chris) can explain how.

Hey there,

As David mentioned you can select this feature of Long Only or Short Only.
This is available on MetaTrader 4 currently.

You do this adjustment by double clicking on the little SMILEY FACE on the upper right side of the pair you want to adjust.
A window will open, look for the COMMON tab and the first option in there will say Long and Short.
Clicking on it will open a dropdown menu and you can select LONG only or SHORT only

Hi @Chris ,
is there any chance to use the same feature with MetaTrader5?
Maybe not directly since the options (Long Only, Short Only, Long and Short) are not avaiable but indirectly using Bullish/Bearish consecutive signals?
