Getting error " Autotrading disabled by client"

My EA was working well and after that I have installed trading signal , now my EA gives above error. Can anyone help? Thaks.

Can I ask what broker are you using? there are times that algo trading should be enabled on their end

I would recommend that you contactt them first and if they allow algo trading on their end and still wasn't working please contact our support@galileofx.com

Algo trading was working untill I started the signal service. I want to keep both. Is it possible?
