Maximum values for Bull/Bear Signals?

Hello,

I mentioned previously in another thread that I may have a desire at times to prevent and avoid the execution of Sell orders. My understanding is this was possible in MT4 but not MT5 which is what I am using. If the software itself can't do it, then would I be correct in saying that if you arbitrarily set the Consecutive Bearish Signals parameter on the EA to something incredibly high, i.e. 100, would that effectively prevent the EA from placing a Sell trade? (assuming that there would never actually be 100 consecutive Bearish signals)

If the above is true, then can anyone tell me what the maximum values are for the Parameters? How high can you set the Bull/Bear parameters?

I've runned test on MT5 on dates from 2021 to 2021 with 11 Bullish and 20 Bearish with M15 timeframe and it made buys and even earned 6 bucks ;iP on the test so I think it is possible.

I was also told that setting these signals to 10 or higher would essentially keep the bot from making that trade since it was highly unlikely that the market would have 10 consecutive bearish/bullish signals. I don't know how accurate that is yet, since I'm so new, but that's what the support folks said.

Hey guys, let me help you with this. Setting Bullish Consecutive Signals value incredibly high will reduce the probability of any BEARISH TRADE and same goes for Bearish Consecutive SIgnals, if set to incredibly high, the probability of a BULLISH TRADE will get reduced.

I hope I have solved your doubts.

Thanks
