My files will not activate

I can not get my Galileo EA to activate. It shows up in AE but it is grayed out and I tried to refresh it and it will not activate. I have checked all the parameters and it even shows a happy face when put on the charts but it will not take a trade and it is not activated and is still grayed out Alos it did not create the extra file in the EA folder like the rest of the EA in there like it is supposed to.

there are also these license keys it appears the bots will not run without the proper installation yet nothing is even mentioned about using the bots these instructions nor the video works I have already scheduled for a installation but that is a week and a half away I want my system to work now I had been on the chat with tech support all day yesterday without resolution I paid $1000 usd for this EA and I want it to work Tech support already has my email Someone needs to contact me back
