Newbie having no idea

I had G Fx set up on Wednesday with a demo account. I can’t find any videos or discussions about how to view this demo account, put “money” in it, run it, etc. Nothing. I have no idea. Can anyone help? I’ve traded on the stock change before but this is new and I didn’t think it would be so confusing. I contacted G Fx support and they said to look here. I can’t find anything that goes SUPER BASIC, HOW TO START. Any help would be super appreciated.
