No "Allow modification of SIgnal settings" tick box on MT5

Good day , I have followed the guidelines on how to install the Expert on MT5 upon loading the bot i do not see the Allow modification of signal tab, is this a problem?

Was wondering if there is a setting I am missing,

Any help would be appreciated.
