I've had two of my posts deleted because I'm asking for a response to an email for help. I've had a terrible start losing on 25 out of 39 trades. On Aug. 17th I emailed you and I haven't received a response. All I'm asking for is help. I chatted with Ronald twice, and he took my email to escalate my issue. Why is it that no one responds? What have I done that would cause you to ignore my request? I purchased Galileo Pro.
