"Not Enough Money" - Error

Hello - I'm new to Forex trading. I had the professional set-up two weeks ago and the Galileo Bot has failed to make one trade. I'm using forex.com and getting the error:

2023.06.22 21:00:10.762 '24489546': order buy 0.50 EURUSD opening at market sl: 1.09163 tp: 1.09563 failed [Not enough money]

Forex.com said it's a bot setting and Gaileo support says it''s something with my broker. So I would like to get some help on this to resolve. Thank you

Hello may ask the balance of your accout maybe its not enough to use 0.5 lots, try to lessen your lotsize and see what will happen if it will fix the problem.

I'm new as well I set up an AMP Global account and they don't trade forex only futures trading so I'm going to have to focus on more than one account.
