Premium settings meeting but no one showed up

I purchased three premium settings and was offered an installation session at 4:00 CST November 14. How ever no one showed up in the team viewer, this is a complaint since I spent a lot of money on the pro version and three premium settings and no one showed up. I really want a fast response cause I want these settings to produce results ASAP
