Thank you for responding! I'm just starting with Galileo, and I am hoping the 'community' will be a useful resource on this journey. It means a lot that you're deciding to assist me, especially in these early stages.
Here are some details that might be important. If you think of anything else, please let me know.
I obtained a Oanda MT4 account and tried loading Galileo FX per the linked instructions. The instructions I was given only referenced MT5, but it appeared to be similar. After loading as closely to the instructions as I could, I skipped the test because I wasn't sure how to switch my live account to demo.
I had Galileo FX on EURUSD, M1, Lot=0.01, TP=250, SL=5, Magic=20800311. I repeated these settings for GBPEUR, USDCHF, and USDJPY. These settings came from *small changes I put on values derived from the "FAST" settings on the example settings from the Galileo FX tutorial. This was my "demo" and I hoped to see some interpretable activity to plan my future approach.
After 2 or 6 hours of "Autotrading" I have seen zero response from the bot, and only find successful limit trades when I write them myself.
I am interested in using these early steps of my Galileo FX work to document initial results and and to understand command procedures. Am I doing this right?
Thanks again.
Sincerely,
Mas.CMDR
