I am a new user and have some questions.

1. Are these the same as premium settings? Is it expected that every week one needs to change the settings for various pairs, even for premium settings?
2. Is there any back tested monthly performance results for the premium settings for various pairs on MyFXBooks? What about some result of the live accounts on MyFXBooks?
