Is it realistic to try and gain 10% growth every month or should this be a yearly goal? what should we aim for in terms of progression. I have seen everything on the internet from 4% to 700%. at what point does your capital oversaturate the market cause with 1000 starting and 10 percent a month in 6 years your a millionaire. is there a cap that at higher amounts of capital the growth slows down? How do we keep realistic expectations. Admittiedly my main goal was to get 40k - 50k. my starting is 1500. I want to make sure I'm setting appropriate goals.

Gaining 10% growth every month is quite ambitious. While it’s possible during strong market trends or with very effective strategies, consistently achieving this is extremely challenging and often involves high risk. Most professional traders and investors aim for more modest and sustainable returns. Typically, a more realistic monthly growth rate might be around 1-3%, which compounds significantly over time.

Even small, consistent gains can lead to substantial growth over time due to compounding. For instance, a 3% monthly return compounds to about 42.6% annually.
Risk Management: Always prioritize risk management. High returns often come with high risks, and preserving your capital is crucial for long-term success.
