Should we avoid big news events sometimes

Hello I use premium settings and since I had a very little account, todays news that affected the USD dollar hurt my account. Should we be cautious with those news events and maybe pause algo trading? look at the huge news candle in the 15 minute time frame. Thanks

Im very happy with the results. They are amazing! But on a small account it might be better to avoid news
