Simple noob question

Hey guys quick question. I see people trading the XAU/USD pair here. Figure this is likely a broker question but how or what kind of account do i need to trade gold and or silver? My current spread account just has the currency pairs. Please help or could anyone point me in the right direction on how to add this to my account?
