If a trade opens via the desktop using MT5 for H1 timeframe and I then view and change the timeframe using MT5 on my mobile device will this impact the algorithm of Galileo on that specific trade?
No, any changes done to settings/timeframes get applied for the following trade.
If a trade is already opened and you adjust something it will take effect when the next trade opens
