Trade ticket number inconsistent with chart open and closed

I run a demo account and set limit to 5 trade as limit for GBP/USD and have observed that the ticket number in trade does not always show the open trade in the chart. In my other EA it always consistent, any ideas why. More over for MT5 to set it for short trade only I tried to set number of indicator for bullish = 0 so it will open only sell transaction. new bees please assist.

correction when I run in simulation yesterday setting bullish = 0 will continuously open buy , means disregarding the result of indication of bullish signal
