Training not available?

Trying to get onto the Zoom trainings but, so far, no one has turned up to do the training. Has anyone else had this problem? I can't get started until I've seen what I need to do first.

I think that the best option is to speak directly to them on live chat. That is the easiest and fastest way, at least for me.

I had the same problem. I tried 8 time before I was successful on the 9th time.
I guess the company is not upto the scale of the customers

Where are you finding a Zoom link for training?

live chat is available on their web. Just click on the contact, and you will open the page where from the bottom right side you will see live chat box

Just ask them anything on live chat box on their website. I have always got the answer immediately.

I don't see the chat box on the website any more. I know it was there a couple of months ago. It the chat box still on the site for you?

In regards of the trainings you have to make sure you check the time and timezone as there might be a difference because of my colleague being in the Philipines
The chat is on our website.

Thank you for your response Chris. Where is the Zoom link located to attend the training? I don't see the chat box here any more. I did at one time. I have tried an incognito browser too.

HAD the same problem 3 times now. I hope this is not the the way things will be in the future
