To answer your question, yes, if the filters aren't enabled they aren't taken into consideration. Indicators for RSI and such can be added through MetaTrader, I am actually putting together a video showcasing some of them :)

Hey Marty, I checked with Daiki, he has edited and now the file has the correct settings. It was a name mistake, the settings are for USDJPY but the name was accidentally set to BTC :)

Rajesh, It does depend on what you are looking to trade as well. Interactiv at the moment does not offer MetaTrader according to their website. Oanda, Forex.com,TastyFX These are the big 3 we usually encounter in the US.
