EURUSD premium settings

Hi, anyone else having a problem with eurusd premium settings? Bought the settings in 27. january. Zero trades have gone through so far...

Hi there,

Are you keeping Algo Trading/Auto Trading turned on?
MetaTrader opened?
PC on, no sleep mode?

All this is enabled while trading?

You have a JOURNAL tab on the lower side of MetaTrader, can you see any errors in there?
