BOT is not trading, I had the chat guy set it up, and I bought the settings, but no trades in 5 days so far -
I would think that my settings are good, since they are created by the system. There are no trades though.
The timeframes seem long H1 and H4, but that is where the support help left them.
What should I try?

Could you send an image of your MetaTrader?

Is Algo Trading Turned On? Green triangle signifies on.

Is your "Allow Algo Trading" on for each chart?



If you reach out to support@galileofx.com they will be able to check what is going on too. The market has been odd the past week to which could be why less trades than normal.
