I purchased EUR/USD: Premium Settings and not a single trade has taken place.

I installed the premium settings and not a single trade has taken place, meanwhile my other currency pairs are trading. So I played with the time, but if I paid for premium settings I expect it to work right out of the box. Is anyone else having the issue or know what could be wrong? I started on May 21 2024 and it's been over 60days.

EUR/USD has been in a very odd pattern recently on the market. I can't speak to it not working; however, I would recommend reaching out to support@galileofx.com

Do you run your trades for like 24 hrs 5 days a week Mon- Fri? or might as well contact our support@galileofx.com

Please see my note above. I didn't lose anything but also gained nothing, which is at least an opportunity loss.
 
Sometimes, orders may not be executed if the trading conditions specified in Galileo FX aren't met. For example, the system might avoid trading in volatile conditions, even if the SL/TP are set correctly.

Also, I would strong recommend that you contact our support@galileofx.com in order to straighten this our real time
