To change the settings on a chart where you have applied Galileo FX EA:
1. Right click on the chart and select Expert Advisor > Properties
2. If you have a .set preset files then you can import the correct MT 4 / MT 5 by pressing the load button.
3. If you dont have any preset file you can adjust it by manually editing the parameter values.

Just to make thing Clearer : if I set the timefreame to M15 or M30 , does that mean traders will execute faster compared to 1H ? does the timefreame i select simply determine whether i'm doing day trading or swing trading ? most of the time shorter timefreams gives more trade opportunites while higer ones lean toward swing trading .

Hi Daneil,

Yes, the timeframe you select helps determine the trading style. Shorter timeframes like M15 or M30 usually provide more frequent trade opportunities, which lean more toward day trading. Higher timeframes such as H1 or above are generally slower and more suitable for swing trading.

If you’d like more detailed guidance about which setup might fit your goals best, feel free to email us directly at support@galileofx.com and our team will be happy to assist you further.

Hey there,

I took a screenshot in MetaTrader 5 for you guys.
You can see the list of timeframes right above the charts.
You click on the CHARTs name and it gets highlighted in this light blue colour.
You then click on the desired timeframe to change it on the chart :)

Hope it helps!

Thanks , Chris - you're always Very helpful . i just want to ask you something : can i run multiple startegies at the same time ? for Example , could i apply one strategy focused on while also running another aimed at day trading in the same pair or would create that conflicts in execution and risk managment ? i'm curios to know if combining them can diversify results or if it's better to stick with one startegy at a time .

Heyo,

Absolutely you can. Just keep in mind for example using DAY TRADING strategies might mean they work best during the day.
But yes, you can mix and match strategies :)
