Galileo FX is specifically built for automated trading on MetaTrader platforms (MT4/MT5), which are widely used for Forex, commodities, and CFD trading. Interactive Brokers uses its own platform (Trader Workstation - TWS) and APIs, which are not compatible with MetaTrader.

You can send them an email including your scheduled appointment and work from there. Please also check your spam or junk folders because they will send emails for instructions

Tried setting up an automated bot before and got stuck on a couple of steps, so having support options like chat and scheduled sessions sounds super helpful. I’ve been logging trades on supertrader.me, and seeing everything tracked made spotting small mistakes way easier. Maybe showing new users a simple walkthrough with screenshots of a real trade log could make the setup feel less intimidating.
