I've been using 2 other bots for a number of months and just started on Galileo 1st of January. So far, interesting bot.
I've settled in on a few pairs: EURUSD, GBPUSD, NZDUSD, AUDUSD---M15
Running variants of 5/6 or 6/5 Bullish/Bearish Signals. Started month at 3/3 and 4/4 and adjusted up.
I'm unwilling to let pairs go negative and the potential risk that entails, so I have Stop Loss setup as 150 or 200 pts. I've seen lots of "no stop loss" and accounts that show huge drawdown...not worth it to me.
I've also decided to have a "Max Trades" open of 2 for each pair. Again, this is to minimize potential downside if I'm not watching and a pair decides to go negative for an extended period.
I've put in a Take Profit of 150 pts...BUT...I've also done a Trailing Start of 35-55 pts. I figure...grab profit while you can. By giving runway of 150-200 pts to the negative this increases my chances of a win...but also doesn't put my account at risk of a bad run.
