MT4 vs MT5

Hi. I'm currently using the MT4 platform (TastyFx), but would like to know if there is any advantage to use MT5.
Is there any additional or diference in terms of functionality for the EA ?

Hey!

Both MT4 and MT5 work perfectly fine with Galileo FX there’s no major difference in how the bot performs on either platform. MT5 just comes with a few extra features, like more timeframes, faster backtesting, and a slightly improved interface.

That said, MT4 is still one of the most stable and widely used platforms out there, so if you’re comfortable with it, you can definitely keep using it without any problem. Some traders prefer MT5 for the newer features, but in terms of actual EA performance, both work the same.

If you ever decide to switch later on, Galileo FX will work smoothly there too.
