Hello all ; newbie here and although I've just been trading a few days, i thought I should see at least some movement of money whether up or down, but there's been nothing. I was being cautious in the beginning and started out with 3 charts at H1? Should I increase the frequency?

you can use like m5 or m15 but make sure to use small lotsize

Really frustrated here - being US based I can only trade Forex and Spot Crypto, no CFDs or metals per regulations I'm told. Cna you suggest a good number of currency pairs I should trade and what settings? Thanks much.

You can use Ox Securities as your broker to trade in metals etc.
