premium settings and license key

Hello team,
I bought prevous week PRO license + premium settings bundle.
To be honest I have no idea about trading so I choosed GalileoFX solutuon in order to create a passive income without my involvment.
Last week's results are very disapointed with profits close to 0.
I want to be sure if I have correctly setup Galileo FX.
I installed Eightcap MT5 software. Moved advisors file inside software folder.
Added the 6 trade pairs of premium settings and loaded the settings from the files.
At thw website says that premium settings must have a valid license. What I have to do with the license file? I must copy that to a specific folder or something like that?
Lastly the timeframe I selected for all 6 tradepairs is M30 with lot 0.01 and broker leverage 100:1

Dear John,
I am a new member as well. So do consider everything with a pinch of salt.

FX market may not be the right place to look for passive income. While Galileo or any other Expert Advisor will help you with placing trades and identifying price actions, there is no complete auto pilot in this process yet. While Galileo will help you look at individual stocks, you also need to look at your overall portfolio and its margin limits. If not Galileo will keep placing trades and you might end up losing everything due to margin calls.

a M30 setup basically means trades will be places around the 30 minute mark. How much time did you spend with Demo accounts to understand how this system works and what your limits are. Galileo will advise you with basic info but that is not supposed to be fool proof or perfect. It still needs to be worked at. However, the settings they publish are a good place to begin with and you will need only lesser tweaking to move forward.

Take Profit Levels and Stop Loss levels are the key to success in this process.

If your ratio is 100:1, do not invest more than 10% of your capital.

This should save you from the margin calls and losing everything.

Hey there John. Trust that your are well. I echo your message here. I also was taken away with the advertisement but I have been testing it for nearly three weeks now, invested in the premium settings for EUR/USD and I'm not winning. This is for sure a system where you have to keep your finger on the pulse.

Put the license key under Presets and Experts folders

I am having the same problem. I can see movement, so I think the bot is operating, but my balance remains unchanged. Also, on the "Journal" tab, all of my trades say failed. I think the missing element is my license key. I don't remember being asked for my license key and I don't know where to add it. Can someone help me?

Contact support@galileofx.com with a screenshot of your journal. If the trades are failing it could be a connection issue, funding issue, or balance issue.

I'm starting to believe proper installation or usage of the license key is intentionally being kept out of the forums. I know there's a premium installation package that's not cheap, and am wondering how the software knows the difference between pro and basic without having asked for the license.key file. I emailed support, and we'll see if they reply. Alternatively I did pay for the professional installation, but it's not anytime soon. I'm also seeing failed trades.
