Starting the Robot beyond installation

Galileo FX Plus has been installed and is shown under Expert Advisers in Navigator for MT4.

I have also dragged it from Navigator to 2 tiles - the EUR/USD and GBP/USP. I have also entered the recommended inputs for the 2 pairs.


How do I now use or activate the bot for automated trading? I would like to see it work automatically, and I want to be able to start and stop it. Is there a manual for operating it?
If not, maybe a member can provide guidelines.

Hi there,

So once the software was added to the charts,boxes we're checked in the Common tab and settings we're added in the Inputs tab on MetaTrader you can see a button called AutoTrading for MetaTrader4 or AlgoTrading for MetaTrader5.
That's your On and Off button.
Press that once to start trading and press it again if you want to stop trading.

Yes, I already had the Autotrading button checked, I chose the aggressive settings, and still nothing happen for the entire day.
I booked a support session.

Must check ALL the boxes on the commons tab (when you double click the smiley face)

Can any one help? My Common section only has 1 chjck box and is missing the other box. I have ticked the "Allow Algo Trading", but that is the only box?

Hi there,

The missing box can mean that your broker already integrated the other option and is enabled by default

When I fired everything up I dragged the Galileo EA over top of the screen I wanted to assign it to, I was asked Do you want to assign Galileo to this screen or something like thqt. I said yes, and it appeared at the top right of the screen., When I hit AlgoTrading it changed colors and off it went.

I just bought/joined today. I am running a Forex demo mode. I am also having this problem getting the BOT to work, but manual trades work. I can buy and close. This has been on for hours, and nothing. I am using MT4, and looking at EUR/USD M1. I can't get anything going. I also can't get settings to work. I click load, drill down to the file, hit OK, and nothing happens, same defaults.

Hello Bob, can you provide a screenshot of your MT4, and also have you tick the allow algo trading from the settings as well as on the task bar of MT4? Also you can get in touch with our support to have this fix immediately at support@galileofx.com

Yes, the taskbar button is pushed (Auto trading). I may not have the algo box ticked, there are so many. Where is the one you are talking about? There is no menu item of "settings" that I can find. Often the videos don't seem to have the same boxes my software has, a common problem with help files and videos. So here is the settings page. I am using EUR/USD. I tried "load"ing the settings but it just would not pick up the numbers. I put them in manually but still nothing changed. I then tweaked the bull and bear signals thinking the lower numbers would trigger a position. Is there another part of the screen shot you need?

I assume you mean "Allow live trading"? Part of what I mean when descriptions don't match the SW I am staring at. I know I am not alone...

So your AutoTrading is on, do you have the Galileo FX software on charts in your MetaTrader?
