Stopping the bot from trading

Hi, Ive been running Galileo for 3 months now with mixed success. Biggest problem is unwanted chart windows opening and running trades without strategies and crashing with big loses!
Has anyone experienced this or have some advise?

Hey there,

So you are saying that on your MetaTrader, where your trading account is logged in, at times random charts get added to the screen and they open trades? That is certainly strange behaviour and it should not happen.
