I know what it is for, it's when you have multiple EA's when entered it stops any confusion/conflict.
What I need to know is THE actual number?
Anyone?

In the Inputs tab start with the suggested settings:
Consecutive Bullish / Bearish Signal = 1 (this will tell Galileo FX to open many trades quickly. We use “1” only to quickly test the robot. With high values (up to 10), expect fewer trades during the day but with generally higher accuracy.
TakeProfit (TP) = 80 (example)
StopLoss (SL) = 80 (example)
LotSize = 0.01 (You can do different tests by using 0.1 or 0.5 (or even 1) and see what works best for you)
Magic Number = 786 . Change this only if you are using 2 robots at the same time.

Hi, thank you for your reply, however I have emailed Galileo Support and they have said 20200311. Just a few days prior to this I had a remote support session and that employee told me as you say 786!
My emails specified that I had more than 1 EA.
I had Galileo attached to XAUUSD using 786 and the trade did not execute when parameters were met. I have now switched to the 20200311 to see how that fares.
I really think Galileo need to make a page for the magic number for how many bots etc, it is not easy to find nor am I confident with what I have been told.

Hijacking here a little bit. Obviously a newbie. I'm still hung up on LotSize and Magic Number.
What is the correlation between LotSize and actual size of the trade? Is it keyed to what is available in the account?
I've seen the same thing about Magic Number, 786 and 20200311. That is a huge range! I'm being slow on this Monday, what exactly do you mean by "using 2 robots at the same time?" How about a quick example to help those of us in the back of the classroom?
I'm a newbie as well, but I don't think you are going to find that. Best I can tell so far, there is still a lot of personal tweaking that you would do to accommodate your risk level. I have seen a few instances of someone stating what they are using at the time, but no one is going to say that those settings would be successful right now. Market changes too much for that.
I'm trying to learn how the Strategies work. I'm using a few of those on my demo account and playing with settings that I have access to. Hopefully I will get comfortable with what I'm seeing and start doing small live trades and see how it goes. If we had a bunch more active members on here then we could collectively do some research, brainstorm, and share! But right now, this forum feels like a ghost town in the wild, wild west.
