Hi All, being new here and have some prectical questions.
- can I change the bot parameters during a trade? e.g. change stop loss, TP etc.?
- can I change the timeframe e.g. if the bot is designed for M30 and running, can I change the timeframe without confusing the bot or shall not touch anything?
- if trailing (of stop loss and TP?) is not set in the strategy, can I change it while running?

So, what can I do and what shall I not do if the bot is already running in general?

Any feedback and experiene is more then welcome!

Hey Norb,

Great questions, let me clarify them for you

1:You can adjust the settings at anytime, if you have a trade opened already before changing the settings, the new ones will take effect when a new trade opens. The old trade stays on the previous settings before the change.

2:Yes you can change the timeframes at anytime, just keep in mind. Lower timeframes = More risk

3:Yes you can change them or add them while it's running, as stated above, they will take effect when a new trade opens.
