which broker for MT5 to trade Forex, Indices and Commodities in USA?

I am using MetaTrader 5 (MT5) with my account in Forex.com -

Which broker allows you to trade Forex, Indices, and Commodities in the USA - with Galielo FX Pro and MT5 ?

There are no regulated brokers in the USA that allow trading outside of currency pairs. OXSecuritiees would be your best option based out of Australia for a USA customer.

Oanda informs me they don't support MT5, but MT4 seems rather limited. Has anyone used MT4 with Oanda? Is it in any way compatible?

MT4 is compatible with our software.

Are you with Oanda? The package I was sent by Galileofx does not function for setting up MT4 through Oands.

have you had any trouble with this broker? I used a broker that wouldnt let me withdraw any money unless I paid taxes on all the money in the account and i had to pay taxes to them. turned out to be a scam....

Try oanda? I am not sure if they have other markets available but there's only 2 brokerage regulated in the US I believe. Forex.com and oanda, not sure. You can also check the thread that they posted here and it has all regulated brokers list all around the world.

I was under the impression we could trade anything with meta5 as long as the broker deals with it. I was more so meaning when you make money have you had problems withdrawing it to your personal accounts so you can spend it when needed

Galileo has been the worst experience I have ever had. Their statements about the ability of using their products are entirely misleading. Frankly, I feel cheated. Customer support takes days, and then they limit any one-on-one discussion to 15 minutes.

I felt down at the beginning due to the limited markets available here in the US. I am frustrated with the available settings not working for me, then again I have smaller funds so I can wipe out easily. I am getting close to my working settings with all yhe backtesting I have done. OX securities is the only one to offer a broader option here in the US but their way of funding isn't very convenient. Use either wire transfer or I found moving bitcoin through my wallet was easier, cheaper and faster. I cannot agree with Customer service as I have emailed them as well as OX and have received quick response times within a couple hours. Best of luck!
