This discourages communication and if a post violates some norm or rule, then you should say what the rules are. I always try to be courteous so that can't be the problem. What is the problem, then? Do you want your customers, that is, the people in this Forum to communicate with each other as well as with the Galileo team or not? What are the rules for posting? It is extremely irritating to spend time and energy posting something and then have it blocked as "waiting for moderator approval," which often never comes. For the price we all have to pay for your product, even if it does not produce the results you advertise, we should at least have the privilege of sharing our experiences. Or is that precisely what you are afraid of?
