Why are trades occurring after trading has closed?

The London exchange closes at 11:00 AM US Central Time, but I'm still getting trade transactions at noon and 4:00 PM. I would have guessed that perhaps the trades were coming out of New York, but I've even seen transactions at 8:00 PM.

Why am I seeing trades at these hours?

Correct me if I am wrong. The Forex market is open from 10 PM (UTC) on Sunday when the Sydney session starts to 10 PM on Friday when the New York session closes for the weekend. So, for Central Time in the USA the Forex market is open from Sunday at 4PM to Friday at 4PM. Right?
