With the exact same settings for the same trading pairs shouldn't the results be the same?

Yeah it should be, but not only EA settings (GalileoFX settings) but also the account settings. And yeah a little variation will be there because of real time spread. Have a profitable trading journey with galileofx

As I have already said because of RAW spreads the results may vary and so will the profitability.
