I bought the licence with all the extras and had it remotely installed with the support guys from Galileo. How do I actually know if it is up and running and does something?

Thank you for reaching out! To check if your Galileo FX bot is running, open MetaTrader and look at the Experts tab you should see messages showing the bot initializing, scanning the market, or placing trades. Also, make sure the bot icon on your chart is active, which means it’s connected and ready to trade. Ensure your account is connected to the internet and linked to your broker, because any disconnection will pause the bot. If you see activity but no trades, your settings might be too conservative, and adjusting your risk or strategy can make it more active. You can also send a screenshot of your MetaTrader screen to support@galileofx.com, and we’ll check it for you to make sure everything is set up correctly.
