When something like this occurs, it is usually because the MT5 platform restarted, updated, or the trading account became disconnected. When that happens, the charts can reload without the bots attached, which can make it appear as if everything disappeared even though the platform itself is still running. Since you mentioned the bots were paper trading for about two weeks and then everything was gone, the most likely cause is that MT5 restarted or the account connection dropped during that time.
To get things running again, please first make sure MT5 is logged into your trading account. You should be able to see your balance and account information in the Toolbox section at the bottom of the platform. Once the account is connected, you can open a chart for the pair you want to trade, drag Galileo FX onto the chart again, and load your settings if you saved them previously. Also make sure the Algo Trading button at the top of MT5 is enabled so the bot can operate normally.
