If you want to limit the robot to trade only buying orders, you need to check "only long" on setup...on any other way robot will trade both long and short....
Guys, just to be quite open with you, I am not recomending Only short and Only long otpions if you are not seriously convinced that it's strong trending market or not experienced trader. It is better to let robot do what it has to do, but always with small entry size, and targeting consistent small profit rather then expect huge profit and risk to much

It seems that only MT4 offers only long and short options, not in MT5. Is it possible to do the same in MT5 by fiddling with the bulling/bearish settings?

One more update, regarding EUR/USD trade, I am not sure that this is the pair for only long and only short, since the pair is more to say ranging pair, not trending. So if you like this kind of one direction strategy with Galileo FX then maybe it's better to try it on GBP/JPY, CAD/JPY NZD/JPY or even GBP/USD, since those currency pairs have higher average true range, and tend to move more in a trend not in a range...
Hi Emma ! Thanks for sharing your results. Very helpful for a newbee on Galileo like me who used to trade only manual. Cud u tell what time frame u used for spotting that bearish trend on EU ? Many thanks !
You can download a tool from the Metatrader market place. Its called Trend Catcher and you can use it on your Galileo chart as well. It will help you spot trends I use it for GBP/EUR and GBP/JPY.
Try to learn a bit about the trading before you enter those amazing space, it will help.
