Max Orders

Comrades please help educate the newbies in trading like me on Max orders.
Any consideration when setting Max orders?

I had max orders = 3 for forex pair and Galileo opened 1 trade buy and 20 mins later opened another trade sell for the same forex pair. ok the second trade might have matched an algorithm but this is a zero sum hence I will go with max orders 1.
